AuctionVector — Terms & Conditions

1. Scope and product

These terms are a launch-ready structure for selling AuctionVector software as digital content. They must be reviewed against your final company details, payment provider, licensing model, refund workflow and target countries before publication.

AuctionVector is automated trading software for MT4 / MT5. Access may include an Expert Advisor, profile set files, licensing, updates and Data Server connectivity as described for the selected plan.

2. Orders, pricing and payment

The price shown at checkout is the total price applicable to the selected plan, subject to the tax treatment displayed by the final payment system. An order becomes binding when the customer submits an order that clearly creates a payment obligation and receives confirmation.

3. Digital delivery and activation

Digital products are delivered electronically. License activation, account creation and download availability may be required before use. The customer is responsible for compatible MT4 / MT5 software, internet access and broker conditions.

4. Withdrawal / immediate digital performance

If the product is supplied immediately as digital content, the checkout must obtain the customer’s explicit request for immediate performance and, where applicable, acknowledgement that the statutory withdrawal right is lost once performance begins. Implement this as a separate active confirmation in the final checkout.

5. License and permitted use

The customer receives a personal, non-transferable right to use the purchased AuctionVector package within the technical and account limits of the selected plan. Redistribution, resale, reverse engineering, circumvention of licensing controls and unauthorized sharing are prohibited except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

6. Trading risk and no investment advice

AuctionVector is software, not a guarantee of profit. Historical or backtest results are not promises of future performance. The customer remains responsible for whether, where and with what risk settings the software is used. See the separate Risk Disclosure.

7. Support, updates and availability

Support and updates are provided only to the extent stated in the selected plan. Internet, broker, MetaTrader, market-data and server outages may affect operation. Planned maintenance may temporarily interrupt service.

8. Complaints and governing information

Insert the final complaint-handling e-mail, postal address, applicable ADR / conciliation information and governing-law wording after your business form and target market have been finalized.

Ez az ÁSZF-oldal az AuctionVector digitális szoftver értékesítéséhez készült szerkezeti alap. Publikálás előtt össze kell hangolni a végleges céges adatokkal, fizetési szolgáltatóval, licencmodellel, visszatérítési folyamattal és célországokkal.

Az AuctionVector MT4 / MT5 automatizált kereskedési szoftver. A választott csomagtól függően Expert Advisor, profil set fájlok, licenc, frissítés és Data Server hozzáférés tartozhat hozzá.

2. Megrendelés, ár és fizetés

A checkoutban megjelenő végösszeg a választott csomag fizetendő ára, a végleges fizetési rendszerben megjelenített adózási kezelés szerint. A rendelés akkor válik kötelezővé, amikor a vásárló egyértelmű fizetési kötelezettséggel járó rendelést küld el és visszaigazolást kap.

3. Digitális teljesítés és aktiválás

A termék elektronikus úton kerül átadásra. A használathoz fiók, licencaktiválás és letöltés szükséges lehet. A megfelelő MT4 / MT5 környezet, internetkapcsolat és brókerfeltételek biztosítása a vásárló feladata.

4. Elállás / azonnali digitális teljesítés

Ha a digitális tartalom teljesítése azonnal megkezdődik, a végleges checkoutban külön aktív nyilatkozat szükséges az azonnali teljesítés kéréséről és – ahol alkalmazandó – az elállási jog elvesztésének tudomásulvételéről.

5. Licenc és használat

A vásárló személyes, át nem ruházható használati jogot kap a megvásárolt AuctionVector csomagra a választott csomag technikai és fiókkorlátai között. Jogosulatlan továbbértékesítés, megosztás, licencvédelem megkerülése és visszafejtés nem engedélyezett, kivéve ahol kötelező jogszabály másként rendelkezik.

6. Kereskedési kockázat

Az AuctionVector szoftver, nem profitgarancia. A historikus vagy backtest eredmények nem jelentenek jövőbeli eredményígéretet. A felhasználó felelős azért, hogy használja-e a rendszert, mely szolgáltatónál és milyen kockázati beállításokkal. Lásd a Kockázati tájékoztatót.

7. Támogatás és frissítések

A support és frissítések a választott csomagban megjelölt terjedelemben járnak. Internet-, bróker-, MetaTrader-, adat- vagy szerverkiesés befolyásolhatja a működést.

8. Panaszkezelés

A végleges vállalkozási forma és célpiac ismeretében egészítsd ki a panaszkezelési e-maillel, postacímmel, békéltető testületi / alternatív vitarendezési adatokkal és az alkalmazandó jogra vonatkozó résszel.

Diese Bedingungen bilden eine startbereite Struktur für den Verkauf der AuctionVector-Software als digitalen Inhalt. Vor der Veröffentlichung müssen sie mit Ihren endgültigen Unternehmensdaten, dem Zahlungsanbieter, dem Lizenzmodell, dem Erstattungsablauf und den Zielländern abgeglichen werden.

AuctionVector ist automatisierte Handelssoftware für MT4 / MT5. Der Zugang kann je nach gewähltem Tarif einen Expert Advisor, Profil-Set-Dateien, Lizenzierung, Updates und Data-Server-Konnektivität umfassen.

2. Bestellung, Preise und Zahlung

Der im Checkout angezeigte Preis ist der für den gewählten Tarif geltende Gesamtpreis vorbehaltlich der vom endgültigen Zahlungssystem ausgewiesenen steuerlichen Behandlung. Eine Bestellung wird verbindlich, wenn der Kunde eine eindeutig zahlungspflichtige Bestellung absendet und eine Bestätigung erhält.

3. Digitale Lieferung und Aktivierung

Digitale Produkte werden elektronisch bereitgestellt. Vor der Nutzung können Lizenzaktivierung, Kontoerstellung und Downloadfreigabe erforderlich sein. Der Kunde ist für kompatible MT4-/MT5-Software, Internetzugang und geeignete Brokerbedingungen verantwortlich.

4. Widerruf / sofortige digitale Leistung

Wird das Produkt sofort als digitaler Inhalt bereitgestellt, muss der Checkout die ausdrückliche Anforderung des Kunden zur sofortigen Leistung und – soweit anwendbar – die Kenntnisnahme einholen, dass das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht mit Beginn der Leistung erlischt. Dies ist im endgültigen Checkout als separate aktive Bestätigung umzusetzen.

5. Lizenz und zulässige Nutzung

Der Kunde erhält ein persönliches, nicht übertragbares Nutzungsrecht für das erworbene AuctionVector-Paket innerhalb der technischen und kontobezogenen Grenzen des gewählten Tarifs. Weitergabe, Wiederverkauf, Reverse Engineering, Umgehung von Lizenzkontrollen und unbefugtes Teilen sind untersagt, soweit zwingendes Recht nichts anderes bestimmt.

6. Handelsrisiko und keine Anlageberatung

AuctionVector ist Software und keine Gewinngarantie. Historische oder Backtest-Ergebnisse sind keine Zusage zukünftiger Performance. Der Kunde bleibt dafür verantwortlich, ob, wo und mit welchen Risikoeinstellungen die Software eingesetzt wird. Siehe den separaten Risikohinweis.

7. Support, Updates und Verfügbarkeit

Support und Updates werden nur in dem Umfang bereitgestellt, der im gewählten Tarif angegeben ist. Ausfälle von Internet, Broker, MetaTrader, Marktdaten oder Servern können den Betrieb beeinträchtigen. Geplante Wartung kann den Dienst vorübergehend unterbrechen.

8. Beschwerden und anwendbare Angaben

Ergänzen Sie nach Festlegung Ihrer Unternehmensform und Zielmärkte die endgültige Beschwerde-E-Mail, Postanschrift, anwendbare ADR-/Schlichtungsinformationen und die Formulierung zum anwendbaren Recht.

Ces conditions constituent une structure prête au lancement pour la vente du logiciel AuctionVector en tant que contenu numérique. Avant publication, elles doivent être vérifiées par rapport aux informations définitives de votre entreprise, au prestataire de paiement, au modèle de licence, au processus de remboursement et aux pays ciblés.

AuctionVector est un logiciel de trading automatisé pour MT4 / MT5. Selon l’offre choisie, l’accès peut inclure un Expert Advisor, des fichiers Set de profil, la licence, les mises à jour et la connectivité au Data Server.

2. Commandes, prix et paiement

Le prix affiché au checkout est le prix total applicable à l’offre sélectionnée, sous réserve du traitement fiscal affiché par le système de paiement final. La commande devient ferme lorsque le client soumet une commande indiquant clairement une obligation de paiement et reçoit une confirmation.

3. Livraison numérique et activation

Les produits numériques sont fournis par voie électronique. L’activation de la licence, la création d’un compte et la disponibilité du téléchargement peuvent être nécessaires avant utilisation. Le client est responsable de disposer d’un environnement MT4 / MT5 compatible, d’un accès Internet et de conditions de broker appropriées.

4. Rétractation / exécution numérique immédiate

Si le produit est fourni immédiatement sous forme de contenu numérique, le checkout doit recueillir la demande expresse du client d’exécution immédiate et, le cas échéant, sa reconnaissance de la perte du droit légal de rétractation dès le début de l’exécution. Cette confirmation doit être distincte et active dans le checkout final.

5. Licence et utilisation autorisée

Le client reçoit un droit d’utilisation personnel et non transférable du package AuctionVector acheté, dans les limites techniques et de compte de l’offre sélectionnée. La redistribution, la revente, la rétro-ingénierie, le contournement des contrôles de licence et le partage non autorisé sont interdits, sauf disposition impérative contraire.

6. Risque de trading et absence de conseil en investissement

AuctionVector est un logiciel, pas une garantie de profit. Les résultats historiques ou de backtest ne constituent pas une promesse de performance future. Le client reste responsable de décider si, où et avec quels paramètres de risque il utilise le logiciel. Consultez l’Avertissement sur les risques séparé.

7. Support, mises à jour et disponibilité

Le support et les mises à jour sont fournis uniquement dans la mesure indiquée dans l’offre choisie. Les interruptions d’Internet, du broker, de MetaTrader, des données de marché ou des serveurs peuvent affecter le fonctionnement. Une maintenance planifiée peut interrompre temporairement le service.

8. Réclamations et informations applicables

Ajoutez l’e-mail et l’adresse postale définitifs pour les réclamations, les informations ADR / médiation applicables et la formulation relative au droit applicable une fois votre forme d’entreprise et vos marchés cibles finalisés.

Estas condiciones constituyen una estructura preparada para el lanzamiento de la venta del software AuctionVector como contenido digital. Antes de publicarlas deben revisarse conforme a los datos definitivos de tu empresa, proveedor de pagos, modelo de licencia, proceso de reembolso y países objetivo.

AuctionVector es software de trading automatizado para MT4 / MT5. Según el plan seleccionado, el acceso puede incluir un Expert Advisor, archivos Set de perfil, licencia, actualizaciones y conectividad con el Data Server.

2. Pedidos, precios y pago

El precio mostrado en el checkout es el precio total aplicable al plan seleccionado, sujeto al tratamiento fiscal mostrado por el sistema de pago definitivo. Un pedido se vuelve vinculante cuando el cliente envía un pedido que crea claramente una obligación de pago y recibe confirmación.

3. Entrega digital y activación

Los productos digitales se entregan electrónicamente. Antes del uso pueden ser necesarias la activación de la licencia, la creación de una cuenta y la disponibilidad de la descarga. El cliente es responsable de disponer de software MT4 / MT5 compatible, acceso a Internet y condiciones adecuadas del broker.

4. Desistimiento / ejecución digital inmediata

Si el producto se suministra inmediatamente como contenido digital, el checkout debe obtener la solicitud expresa del cliente de ejecución inmediata y, cuando corresponda, su reconocimiento de que el derecho legal de desistimiento se pierde una vez iniciada la ejecución. Debe implementarse como una confirmación activa y separada en el checkout final.

5. Licencia y uso permitido

El cliente recibe un derecho personal e intransferible para utilizar el paquete AuctionVector adquirido dentro de los límites técnicos y de cuenta del plan seleccionado. Quedan prohibidos la redistribución, reventa, ingeniería inversa, elusión de controles de licencia y uso compartido no autorizado, salvo que una norma imperativa disponga lo contrario.

6. Riesgo de trading y ausencia de asesoramiento de inversión

AuctionVector es software, no una garantía de beneficios. Los resultados históricos o de backtest no son promesas de rendimiento futuro. El cliente sigue siendo responsable de decidir si utiliza el software, dónde y con qué parámetros de riesgo. Consulta el Aviso de riesgos independiente.

7. Soporte, actualizaciones y disponibilidad

El soporte y las actualizaciones se prestan únicamente en la medida indicada en el plan seleccionado. Las interrupciones de Internet, broker, MetaTrader, datos de mercado o servidores pueden afectar al funcionamiento. El mantenimiento programado puede interrumpir temporalmente el servicio.

8. Reclamaciones e información aplicable

Añade el e-mail y la dirección postal definitivos para reclamaciones, la información aplicable de ADR / mediación y el texto sobre la legislación aplicable una vez definidos tu forma empresarial y mercados objetivo.
