Purposes and legal bases
Typical purposes include contract performance, customer support, security, statutory accounting obligations and consent-based marketing if later enabled. The final production notice must name the exact legal basis and processor for each processing activity.
Processors and transfers
Add your actual hosting provider, payment processor, e-mail provider, analytics provider, licensing infrastructure and any other processor. Do not list services that are not actually used.
Retention and rights
Define retention periods for account, billing, support and log data. Data subjects may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and complaint to the competent supervisory authority, subject to applicable law.
